Fed Up With Feeling Frazzled & Frumpy?

You feel fried, like an extra-crispy french fry that somehow got stuck to the bottom of the fry basket. And just as salty.

Your brain functioning resembles an oscillating fan, whirring between circuit overload to trying to remember what your name is. And you can't find your coffee which you're about 99.9% sure is cold by now.

It feels like you ran a marathon and it's only 10:16 am.

You try to smile. Fake it 'til you make it, right?

But your smile has an eerie likeness to Joker, with the smeared lipstick to prove it. Oh wait! You didn't have time to put on lipstick! That red smear came from mistaking the red marker for a straw. Again.

Why You Need Brain Breaks for Moms

Mama, I see you working hard, striving every day to give your family the very best. Every morning, your alarm goes off and your feet hit the ground running. Even when you just want to crawl back under those warm covers.

Yet, you still do it. Out of love, commitment, and responsibility.

You never thought it would be easy but you didn't think it would be this hard either.

You now know what the phrase "bone-tired" means.

And you've just felt off. Strung tight and not at all like yourself. Too much to think about and do!

I invite you to think about this question: Who makes sure that you have what you need? To feel like yourself again?

If there's one lesson that I've learned since becoming an adult it's this: you are the only person in control of your well-being. Of taking care of yourself, honoring your mind, body, and soul.

It's not that your significant other, kids, or friends don't care about you. They do! But, will they make it part of their daily tasks to make sure that you have what you need?

I'm guessing the answer is no.

Now, I don't want you to feel bad about that! Absolutely not! Instead, use this awareness as an opportunity to practice reframing.

Because now YOU can give yourself permission to take control of your well-being. You can empower yourself with information, tips, and tools to make sure you get what you need when you need it.

Even if it is only for a few minutes 😉

Forget frazzled & freaking out! Feel like yourself again with Brain Breaks for Moms.

Self-care doesn't have to take much time, money, or effort. And it doesn't have to be unhealthy! But, it's positive effects carry long-lasting benefits to help you conquer your day!

But, if you're like me, no two days are alike. One day, you feel keyed up and need to chill. Another day, you really need something to kick you in the behind.
