Simple Way to Enjoy a Holiday Activity with Kids

Are you on the search for a Grinch-themed art project to use with your students? Maybe you'd like a simple and frugal Christmas craft to get in to the holiday spirit? Or perhaps you'd like an engaging activity to use with How The Grinch Stole Christmas (or Dr. Seuss Day)?

Well, this easy Grinch craft featuring a cute Christmas tree is terrific for all of those things and more!

When I was little, I eagerly looked forward to the holidays. All the merriment with decorating and baking would have me belting out holiday tunes as I danced along to Christmas songs blaring from a local radio station. I'd feel like I was a character from one of my favorite Christmas movies - a Who from Whoville!

I always loved how happy and positive The Whos were - even when The Grinch tried to steal Christmas from them. I remember studying the book and closely watching the show, trying to capture little details. The slightly crooked Christmas trees (and their unique decorations) always stood out.

This easy Grinch craft is an attempt to recreate those trees. And you can add your own style to it. I hope that your children and you have a blast with this DIY art project!
