Crafts have a special place in my heart. These simple and affordable activities have allowed my boys and myself to enjoy so many special experiences. I've loved watching them build and practice skills (like fine motor) as we spend quality time together. Plus, crafts make celebrating holidays, seasons, and fun days even more exciting!
Our homeschool budget has always been tight. A benefit of crafts has been that you don't have to spend a ton of money. I have quite a stash of recyclable items (like empty toilet paper and paper towel tubes, boxes, and scraps of paper). Plus, tissue paper, popsicle sticks, paper plates, and perler beads can be cheaply purchased.

Ideas for Using This DIY Paper Plate Turkey Crafts
If you could use some inspiration for how to display your turkey paper plate crafts, I've got you! Here are some of my ideas for helping your students show off all that hard work that they've done.
First, consider the size and shape of the craft. A hanging craft can be placed in your homeschool area, classroom wall, or door. Other great places to display your hanging scarecrow crafts include windows and refrigerator.
If the turkey craft has a 3D-like effect, I suggest placing the craft on a fire place mantle, shelf, desk, or table. Oh, and you may be able to add it to (or use as) a Thanksgiving centerpiece.
You can also transform some of these crafts into festive magnets by placing magnetic squares or tape on the back.
I encourage you to think outside the box. Oh, and get your kids involved! I'm sure they'll have all sorts of cool ideas for how to display their paper plate turkey crafts.
