Magical Fun with Harry Potter-Inspired I Spy Activities

My five boys and I often play a fun game called "Would You Rather?". We make up either/or questions to find out more about each other's preferences.

One of our favorite topics for our DIY game is Harry Potter.

And the most popular question is:  Would you rather be a Muggle or a wizard/witch?

The answers are always unanimous. Wizard or witch!

We all giggle and then go back to our Muggle world. This game shows, however, just how much we love all things Harry Potter.

With our obsession with this wizard and his adventures, I'm always looking for new ways to extend the learning fun featuring these characters. I find it's so much easier to engage my boys in our homeschooling when we use interest-led topics for our lessons. And Harry Potter books and stories definitely top that list!

Also, I love having these types of easy-to-use, open-and-go activities on hand. These sorts of free printables are wonderful for when we're homeschooling-on-the-go or when I need to keep a sibling busy while helping a brother with homeschool work.
