1. Hydration

Track your water intake. How many glasses of water or decaffeinated beverage are you consuming each day? It is way too easy to overlook drinking enough water when you are worried about your homeschool plans and routine. Without enough water or other appropriate beverage, your functioning will decrease. Don't be a cranky mess because you forgot to drink enough water!

2. Sleep

Butterflies in your tummy? Excited about your new homeschool year? That's totally understandable! Don't burn the midnight oil tweaking your homeschool plans or binging on Netflix. Get to bed at a reasonable time so you can take care of you! Give yourself a bedtime and stick to it. You'll be so glad that you did!

3. Exercise

You will gain a boost in energy when you get your blood pumping! Go for a walk, have a dance party, or take advantage of some cool YouTube videos for exercise fun. Don't neglect your physical health just because you are starting a new homeschool year!
