Butterflies in your tummy? Excited about your new homeschool year? That’s totally understandable! Don’t burn the midnight oil tweaking your homeschool plans or binging on Netflix. Get to bed at a reasonable time so you can take care of you! Give yourself a bedtime and stick to it. You’ll be so glad that you did!
