Easily Make Practicing Multiplication Facts FUN!

Got kids who are learning and practicing multiplication facts?

Then, you know what a challenge it can be!

Sure, some kids easily pick up on how multiplication works and can rattle off the correct products.

But, other kids wrangle with memorizing and quickly coming up with the correct responses.

As a self-described #mathnerd to 5 boys who don't really care for math, I know the struggle it is to help your kids master multiplication facts.

That's why I vigilantly search for new, creative, and fun ways to make multiplication fun.

And, if I can't find it, I create it 😉

I'm a firm believer in repetition to aid in memorization. But, repetition can be so boring!

So, I use creative activities to make repetition fun and engaging.

Just like these 2 amazing multiplication activities for kids 🙂

2 Cool Multiplication Activities for Kids

When I asked my 2 boys who are actively working on learning and practicing multiplication what type of activities they enjoy for learning fun, both boys said roll-and-cover games (like the ones in our Christmas Activity Packs) and secret codes.

In this free printable set, you'll get 2 different types of multiplication activities for kids:

  • Multiplication Roll-and-Cover
  • What's The Secret Phrase?

The Multiplication Roll-and-Cover game is a simple yet fun way to practice multiplication facts. All you need is a 6-sided die (or use 2 dice) and this free printable game.

I recommend that you print on white cardstock and then laminate.

What's The Secret Phrase? is a fun activity that challenges your kids to multiply, decode, and find the secret phrase. My boys LOVE this activity and I hope your kids do, too.
