Positively Direct All That Christmas Energy & Excitement
The holidays can bring out the best and worst.
Sure, it’s a time of being joyful, merry, and bright.
But, it’s also a time of high energy, excitement, and busy.
Adults have a lot to do, like baking, shopping, decorating, and wrapping. Those holiday activities can make you feel exhausted.
Kids, on the other hand, often find themselves with more time. School work is usually less demanding during this time as attention is given to celebrations and such. Extracurricular activities take a break. And parents are busy with all the holiday prep.
Plus, there’s so much to look forward to as Christmas approaches. It’s natural for kids to get extra excited (and even stressed)!
And if your kids are like my boys, then you’re very familiar with how the holiday season turns them into an interesting mix of bouncy balls, chatterboxes, and min-tornadoes.
To help kids direct all that Christmas energy and excitement into positive exercises, I made these free creative prompts of Holiday Fitness Activities.
With seasonal themes, these prompts are created to engage your kids in fun Christmas activities as they burn off that energy.
