One of our most recent Dr. Seuss acquirements is What Pet Should I Get? Xman received this book as a third birthday gift, along with his very first pet ever, a blue Betta fish named Bob. Fantastic way to talk about picking out the perfect pet for your family!

This Dr. Seuss book was posthumously published in 2015. It is a continuation of Jay and Kay's adventures in One Fish Two Red Fish Blue Fish.
This book sets the stage for a conversation about decision making. Psychology Today offers some wonderful tips to help you teach your kids good decision-making skills.

Fun way to introduce a class pet.
I would bring in all my tiny animals from my collection of toys and set up a toy store so kids could come ask the pet shop people about prospective pets👍🏼
