• Kwik stix (or other tempera paint sticks)

• Dot-a-dot markers
• Pieces of tissue paper (with glue) for a stained glass effect

When your kids are done with their color by number activities, have them place a piece of white printer paper on top. Using a pencil, they can trace the picture and keep the Christmas coloring fun going! It can also be fun to turn the coloring sheet over and use different colors.

Don't forget to have your kids write their name and date at the top of the page – it's a wonderful way to record their current handwriting! Older kids can even write in cursive or block letters.
